NABC Convention Housing Policies

The NABC housing block is reserved exclusively for NABC members who have registered for the NABC Convention. Housing block assignments are based on NABC membership type, coaching category, and membership years. All reservations through the NABC housing block require a four-night minimum stay. Housing inventory is subject to waitlist starting Feb. 24, 2025. Please contact membership@nabc.com for assistance.

  • Hotel Reservation Process

    • NABC Convention housing must be booked online via the NABC Member Portal. Reservations will not be accepted by phone or email.
    • NABC members must first complete the registration process for the NABC Convention via the NABC Member Portal prior to making hotel reservations. Once the registration process has been completed, a housing link will appear in the NABC Member Portal.
    • New NABC members or members who recently renewed their membership will receive access to the housing link via the NABC Member Portal within 24-48 hours after the membership transaction has been completed.
    • NABC members are only permitted to make one hotel reservation. Members who book more than one registration are subject to cancellation of the reservations without notice.
    • Members should include the names of any additional guest(s) sharing the room on the reservation.
    • All NABC Convention hotel reservations require a four-night minimum stay beginning either Thursday, April 3 or Friday, April 4. Any arrival prior to April 3 will be incremental to the four-night minimum. Hotels will charge for the full four nights even if the guest departs early.
    • All NABC Convention hotel reservations must be secured using a valid credit card that does not expire before April 2025. It is the responsibility of NABC members to make appropriate updates to the hotel reservation if the credit card number is changed. Reservations made using invalid credit cards may be cancelled without notice seven days prior to arrival.
    • Once a NABC Convention hotel reservation has been completed, an acknowledgement will be sent immediately via email. If an acknowledgement email is not received, this indicates an error with the reservation. Contact membership@nabc.com for assistance.
  • Hotel Change/Cancellation Process

    • NABC members who wish to modify or cancel a NABC Convention hotel reservation can do so via the link received in the reservation acknowledgement email, or by emailing membership@nabc.com.
    • Reservation modifications or cancellations cannot be made by contacting the hotel directly.
    • Reservations cancellations made within seven days of the scheduled arrival date will be charged for the full four-night minimum stay.
  • Preferred Hotel Wait List Process

    • NABC members who wish to be placed on the wait list for a different hotel property must already hold a reservation at a property in the NABC Convention housing block.
    • Once a hotel reservation has been made, members can request to be placed on the wait list for a different property by emailing the following information to membership@nabc.com:
      • Member name and reservation acknowledgement number (include in the email subject line)
      • Name of preferred hotel
      • Reason for requesting the change
    • Hotel change requests will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis determined by membership years. Members whose change request cannot be fulfilled prior to February 28, 2025 will be allowed to cancel their original reservation.
