NABC Convention Housing Policies

The NABC housing block is reserved exclusively for NABC members who have registered for the NABC Convention. Housing assignments are based on NABC membership type, coaching category, and membership years. All reservations through the NABC housing block require a four-night minimum stay. Housing inventory is subject to availability, and is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within members’ registration category. Contact membership@nabc.com for assistance.

  • Hotel Reservation Process

    • Once a member has successfully registered for the NABC Convention via the NABC Member Portal, a registration confirmation email will be sent that includes a personal Passkey housing reservation link. Members who wish to reserve a hotel can click the personal Passkey link included in the confirmation email and then complete the necessary hotel reservation steps.
    • NABC members are limited to one hotel reservation. Members who book more than one registration are subject to cancellation of the reservations without notice.
    • Members should list the names of any additional guest(s) sharing the room on the reservation.
    • All NABC Convention hotel reservations require a four-night minimum stay beginning either Thursday, April 2 or Friday, April 3, 2026. Any arrival prior to April 2 will be incremental to the four-night minimum. Hotels will charge for all four nights regardless of whether the guest departs early.
    • All NABC Convention hotel reservations must be secured using a valid credit card that expires no earlier than April 2026. It is the responsibility of NABC members to update their hotel reservations if their credit card information changes. Reservations booked with invalid credit cards may be canceled without notice.
    • Once a NABC Convention hotel reservation has been completed, an acknowledgement will be sent immediately via email. If an acknowledgement email is not received, this indicates an error with the reservation. Contact membership@nabc.com for assistance.

  • Hotel Change/Cancellation Process

    • NABC members who want to modify or cancel a standing NABC Convention hotel reservation can do so through the link in the reservation confirmation email or by emailing membership@nabc.com.
    • If you wish to move to a different property, you must first cancel your current reservation and then select from the available hotel block inventory. Contact membership@nabc.com for a list of available hotels before canceling your existing reservation. Hotels are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability is subject to change at any time.
    • Reservations cannot be modified or canceled by contacting the hotel directly.
    • Reservations and cancellations made within seven days of the scheduled arrival will be charged for the complete four-night minimum stay.

  • Preferred Hotel Wait List Process

    • A wait list will only be offered to NABC members once current NABC housing block inventory is sold out. Fulfillment of wait list requests are not guaranteed. If rooms become available, they will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • Once a NABC member is contacted about room availability, the available room or property will be offered. The NABC will not accept requests for properties outside of those being offered at the time of contact. If the offer is declined, the requester is removed from the waitlist, and the next person will be contacted with an offer.
    • The NABC no longer has a wait list for members seeking to upgrade their initial reservation by being assigned to a different property. Housing is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
