Jen Geis joined the NABC staff in the summer of 2023 as a part-time membership assistant . In July 2026, she transitioned to a full-time role on the Membership Services team, where she supports member services and assists with hotel coordination and event operations for the NABC Convention.

A Chicago native, Jen earned her law degree from Pepperdine University before building a successful career in sales and member engagement. Prior to joining the NABC, she served as Director of Sales and Customer Experience for a luxury table tennis company.

A lifelong sports fan, Jen has always had a special passion for basketball. As the mother of a son who played college basketball, she has spent countless hours in gyms and around the game, giving her a deep appreciation for the sport and the coaching profession. She brings that enthusiasm and commitment to her work serving NABC members.
