Mark came to the NABC as an intern for the 2007-08 basketball season. After completion of the internship, he joined the staff full time as association affairs and operations assistant.  He was promoted to Director of Association Services in 2011 and promoted to Senior Director of Special Events in 2014.

Mark is responsible for leading all aspects of two annual events for the association including the NABC’s Marketplace Tradeshow of the NABC Convention at the NCAA Final Four and the National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame Weekend which includes the Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and the Hall of Fame Classic basketball tournament.

Mark graduated from the University of Kansas with a bachelor’s degree of Science in Education.  Mark, his wife, Kelly, and son, Noah, reside in Overland Park, KS.
