Show/Exhibitor Services

  • Booth rental includes carpet(Tuxedo) and pipe/drape (black) for inline booths.
    • Booth rental does not include furniture, material handling, electrical, dedicated internet, etc.
  • Show services providers are available through the Exhibitor Services Kit.

Shipping/Material Handling – See Exhibitor Services Kit

  • All move-in and move-out of exhibits must be done only through designated loading docks, freight doors, and freight elevators which are controlled by Freeman.
  • Freeman receives shipments to the advance warehouse and directly to show site
  • Please note: All materials received by Freeman are subject to Material Handling Charges and are the responsibility of the Exhibitor. This also applies to items not ordered through the Official Show
  • The main lobbies, escalators and passenger elevators are not to be used for this purpose.
  • Parking is only allowed in regularly designated parking facilities and is not permitted on public streets unless marked as parking area.
  • Refer to the material handling form for charges for the service.

 

Exhibitor Badges

  • Exhibitor badges are required for all exhibitor personnel.
  • Four (4) exhibitor badges per company.  Up to 8 for 10’x20′ booths and up to 12 for larger booths.
  • Exhibitor badges may be picked up during Move In and Show Hours.
  • Exhibitor badges will permit the bearer to enter the exhibit hall during installation and one hour prior to the official show opening each day.
  • Final exhibitor badges list should be submitted by March 1.

 

Digital Ad

  • NABC will compile all exhibitor advertisements into one digital offering to attendees.  Each exhibiting company receives one placement.   We encourage you to utilize this add to drive traffic to your booth.  The NABC will not distribute any individual company announcements.  Please submit your file through the link below.

    • Full Color – Digital Only (not printed)
    • Submit through link at top of the page by March 1

 

Exhibitor Organization Profile for Event App 

  • Exhibitors can update their own profile page for the onsite NABC Convention App.  This will allow you to add your company information, social profiles, logo and documents.   Login to your account via the link provided.  Go to “My Schedule” > “My Organization” > “Self Serve Portal” > “Public Profile”
  • Complete by March 1
